The Halloween Organ Spectacular
Kids love Halloween, but then, so do adults! These concerts are done with children in mind (more on the silly side than the scary side), but adults have a great time as well with the combination of story-telling, unexpected surprises, and virtuosic organ music. Everyone is invited to wear a costume, and children are especially invited to get out of their seats and dance!
blankSonic Shadows: Music in Mystical Darkness
blankblImagine…a church lit only by a few candles…
A vast still space, in which the senses become highly attuned to the sound of a voice reading poetry, the vibration of a string, or the distant purr of deep, quiet pipes…
Music that transports you to another way of thinking, another reality…
Sonic Shadows features evocative music for organ, piano, electronic instruments, and voice. The church provides the candles; Mark Kurtz provides an unforgettable experience.
